By running an audit on DataGap you’re agreeing to a few short things. Plain English.

What we deliver

An audit of your connected stack against our reference model, including a list of gaps, evidence from your own data, a written explanation per gap, and a code snippet that closes each one. We don’t deploy code. We don’t touch your storefront. We don’t alter any of your connected systems.

What you’re responsible for

Reviewing every snippet before it’s merged. Testing in a staging environment first. Granting and revoking read-only credentials at your discretion. If you ask us to implement fixes (Teams tier), the same review + staging discipline applies; we ship changes via pull requests for your team to merge.

Payment

$167 one-time unlocks the full audit. Agency pack is $2,500 for ten audits. Teams tier is $2,500 for one audit plus 30 days of implementation support. All prices in USD, charged once via Stripe.

Sales policy

All sales are final. The audit is delivered immediately on payment and represents a one-time deliverable, not ongoing service. By purchasing you acknowledge you have read the sample report on the marketing site and know what you’re receiving.

Liability

Every snippet ships with a test assertion. If you skip staging and break your store on a production push, we can’t cover that. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us. We don’t represent ourselves as fiduciaries of your store’s data.

Termination

You can disconnect any source, delete your account, or request full data deletion at any time via the contact page.
